Afiniti Global’s care plans support an existing mobile app with a defined queue of fixes, small changes and bounded micro-features. App Care provides a smaller monthly allowance. Care Plus doubles that allowance and adds a personal account manager and a monthly planning call.

The right choice depends on the work your app needs and how much coordination you want. Both plans require technical acceptance, agreed scope and a confirmed start date before monthly care begins.

Choose around your actual queue
App Care is designed for steady upkeep and small improvements. Consider it when you want a clear home for contained fixes and changes, together with one bounded micro-feature allowance each month.
Care Plus provides more room for a busier queue and a named person to coordinate the relationship. The account manager handles priorities, weekly updates, approvals and escalations, and holds the monthly planning call. Your business keeps product decisions and release approval.
A larger allowance does not mean unlimited parallel work. Care Plus is not a dedicated full-time developer, and neither plan includes 24/7 incident cover or a guaranteed resolution time.
What counts as a micro-feature?
A micro-feature is a small new capability in an existing screen or workflow, using existing data and services, with one agreed acceptance criterion. A filter on an existing list, a sort option or a display toggle are illustrative candidates, subject to review.
The micro-feature allowance is additional to the small-change allowance. Agree supported platforms and the completion check before work starts. New screens, new integrations and substantial backend changes need separate quotes.
For ordinary changes and fixes, the team also reviews the scope before accepting the work. A reported bug is not an unlimited repair obligation simply because it occupies one line in a request list.
What happens to unfinished or unused allowances?
Unused monthly change slots and micro-feature allowances expire. Accepted unfinished work remains in the queue without consuming another allowance in its category. Completion timing depends on scope, access, approvals and any blockers.
This distinction matters when planning the next month. An allowance sets the number of accepted items available within the plan; it does not guarantee that every item finishes during the same billing period. Review carryover before adding new priorities.
Start with a free fit discussion
You can send your public app link and describe the problem in plain English. If you do not know the framework or number of codebases, say so. Technical details can follow once the access and handover position are clearer.
The initial enquiry is free and does not start a subscription or authorise paid work. Afiniti Global’s published enquiry reply target is 1–2 hours. Confirm support hours and time zone in the proposal; this is a response target, not emergency coverage or a repair deadline.
What the baseline assessment includes
The standard app baseline assessment costs £375 in the UK or $500 at USD pricing, once. It covers one mobile product with up to two mobile codebases, subject to eligibility and accessible source and store accounts.
The assessment includes an access and dependency inventory, a build attempt for each included codebase, review of available crash and store notices, and written priorities with a care recommendation. It does not include repairs or a comprehensive security audit.
The published assessment target is 24–48 hours after the agreed source and store access is ready. Access or build blockers can affect timing. A build attempt is not a guarantee of a successful build.
Assessment and ongoing care are separate purchases. You can stop after receiving the assessment. If the app needs recovery, catch-up work or a specialist review, agree a separate fixed scope first. The assessment checkout discloses WONDER APPS LIMITED as the merchant; Afiniti Global is the service brand.
What falls outside the standard plans?
New screens, substantial features, new integrations, redesigns, major framework or operating-system migrations, architecture changes and substantial backend work require separate quotes. Hosting, monitoring and security maintenance are included only where explicitly scoped.
Store accounts, hosting bills, software subscriptions and third-party usage charges remain separate. Neither plan includes advertising, customer acquisition or a revenue guarantee.
Afiniti Global’s published portfolio includes Midnight Mums Club, Boost My Maths, Taxara, AllSorted and All Day Books as products it built and actively maintains. You can review the real app visuals on the care pages. These examples show the products involved; they are not a promise of a particular result for your app.
Billing, cancellation and release timing
Care is billed monthly in advance with a one-month minimum and no annual commitment. Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice. Service ends at the end of the paid monthly period that falls at least 30 days after notice.
For example, if your paid periods run by calendar month and you give notice on 10 November, the service ends on 31 December. The December payment is still due. The one-month minimum does not mean you can give notice at any point and stop at the end of the first month.
Both plans provide a weekly opportunity to prepare and submit tested, approved changes. A new store version every week is not guaranteed; store decisions and review timing remain outside the maintenance team’s control.
Choose the page that matches your app
Use App Care for founders if you own an app and need a clear maintenance starting point. Choose App Care for businesses for an app used in everyday operations, or App Care for product teams when coordinating an existing product queue.
The core plans are shared across those pages. Start with your app’s condition and the work you need, then choose the plan after fit and scope are confirmed.
