What will it cost, and how long will it take?
The number of user journeys, platforms, integrations, data requirements and AI complexity determine the effort. We agree a scope, estimate and milestones before development. If those are unclear, start with discovery rather than committing to a full build.
Do we need AI in every part of the app?
No. Some tasks are better served by straightforward forms, search or business rules. We use AI where it has a useful role and define how to check its output, handle uncertain answers and estimate usage costs.
Can it connect to our existing systems?
We review available APIs, access permissions and data formats before promising an integration. The proposal identifies supported connections, any limits and the work needed on your existing systems.
Who owns the app and the accounts?
Code ownership, intellectual property, third-party licences, store accounts and access are set out in the project agreement. We agree what is handed over and how your team will manage the product before the build begins.
How will you handle our data?
We agree what data the app needs, who can access it, where it is processed and how long it is kept. AI providers and any use of sensitive information are reviewed during scoping. Avoid sending personal or confidential customer data in your initial enquiry.
What happens after launch?
We agree the handover and any post-release support in the proposal. Ongoing monitoring, fixes, platform updates and new features can be covered by a separate maintenance or improvement agreement.
